Welcome to the Peptide Hackers Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Enrollment in the Program

• To enroll in the affiliate program, you must submit a complete application via our website.
• We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Affiliates are required to provide accurate information during the registration process and keep their account information up to date.
• Affiliates must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to advertising and marketing laws.
• Affiliates must use only the approved marketing materials provided by Peptide Hackers.

3. Commissions

• The commission rate is set at 11% of the net sales generated through the affiliate's unique referral link.
• Net sales are defined as the total sales amount minus any discounts, returns, chargebacks, and taxes.
• Commissions are calculated and paid on a monthly basis. Payments will be processed by the 15th of the following month for the previous month's earnings.
• Payments are made via cryptocurrency, Zelle, or CashApp.

4. Tracking and Reporting

• Peptide Hackers uses a robust tracking system to monitor sales and referrals.
• Affiliates will have access to a personalized dashboard to track their performance, including clicks, conversions, and earned commissions.

5. Minimum Payout Threshold

• The minimum payout threshold is set at [X] USD. If the affiliate's earned commission does not meet the minimum threshold, the earnings will roll over to the next month until the threshold is met.

6. Commission Adjustments

• Peptide Hackers reserves the right to adjust commissions for any fraudulent or suspicious activity, including but not limited to fake referrals, self-referrals, or any other activities that violate our Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions.
• Adjustments may also be made for returned or refunded orders.

7. Promotional Guidelines

• Affiliates are expected to promote Peptide Hackers' products in a manner that aligns with our brand values and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Affiliates must not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the affiliate agreement with 30 days' written notice.
• Upon termination, the affiliate will be paid any outstanding commissions earned up to the date of termination, provided the minimum payout threshold is met.

9. Confidentiality

• Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, including commission rates, sales data, and marketing strategies, provided by Peptide Hackers.

10. Amendments

• Peptide Hackers reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
• Affiliates will be notified of any changes in advance, and continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Peptide Hackers will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this program.
• Our liability will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to the affiliate under this agreement.

12. Governing Law

• This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
• Any legal action or proceeding arising under this agreement will be brought exclusively in the courts of the United States of America, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

By participating in the Peptide Hackers Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register or participate in the program.
